Location
The sofa in the first room with the TV is extremely dirty and in very poor condition. It is uncomfortable even for sitting and completely unusable for sleeping. The carpet in the room is so dirty that it is practically black. This is completely unacceptable, extremely unclean, and I can honestly say it is disgusting.
