Superbement situé, décoré avec goût, vue splendide pour des couchers de soleil comme au cinéma, très propre et accueillant chaleureux. Un super moment.
Pour obtenir 10/10, une climatisation sur la mezzanine serait probablement la bienvenue durant les périodes fort chaudes.

La ubicación y el apartamento.
Aunque había ventiladores y aire acondicionado, debería haber aire acondicionado en la parte superior.

L'appartement est très confortable et bien aménagé avec tous les ustensiles pour mener une vie paisible en voyage d'affaire. L'emplacement à proximité de la 4 voies est un vrai plus.
Je pense qu'il serait tout de même intéressant de notifier aux locataires qu'il y a un immeuble en construction juste en face. Etant travailleur et absent la journée ça ne m'a pas dérangé mais pour des vacanciers ça peut être gênant.
