Chapter 02 Gallery Suites

The room was really nice and spacious, most necessary things were there. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings weren't too noisy. The breakfast, on the day that we could have it, was also tasty and well prepared.

Communication with the hosts could have been a bit better. It would have been nice to know that on the last day we wouldn't be served any breakfast because the restaurant area was undergoing renovations. I also helped a couple get access to their room, because they didn't realise communication was not happening via Booking, but via Whatsapp instead. Other than that, the staff were kind and helpful. There was only one coffee/tea cup in our flat, would have been nice if there were more.

The room is spacious. The bed was so comfortable. Large bathroom with rain shower. The entire room was decorated with polished concrete flooring that gave it a modern look and luxurious feel. There is a very good restaurant downstairs that serves delicious authentic Greek food. This was also where we had our breakfast. Food portions were very generous and the service was very friendly. We were even given tiramisu to take back to our room (we were too full to eat it then). We found out it was a full container, not just a ‘taste’ as our server offered at ‘no charge’. Although we paid a discounted ‘off season’ price for our room, we still received first class service and ambience. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!

Modern, Spartan, clean, close to airport - perfect for our stay before flying out of Heraklio. The staff was helpful in finding parking.

The air conditioning was barely working on the warm night spoiling the pleasure of the stay.
