The location is not in the town center but it is good to avoid the parking problems of the center
I like the restaurant downstairs that is open from morning until late in the night with very nice food and drinks
All is nice.
Maybe I would like a reception more hours per day

Very convenient location to get to the airport the next morning. Breakfast was included and phenomenal!
There was no one at reception desk when we arrived, but we were still able to get into room with the code sent to us.

The room was really nice and spacious, most necessary things were there. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings weren't too noisy. The breakfast, on the day that we could have it, was also tasty and well prepared.
Communication with the hosts could have been a bit better. It would have been nice to know that on the last day we wouldn't be served any breakfast because the restaurant area was undergoing renovations.
I also helped a couple get access to their room, because they didn't realise communication was not happening via Booking, but via Whatsapp instead. Other than that, the staff were kind and helpful.
There was only one coffee/tea cup in our flat, would have been nice if there were more.

Modern, Spartan, clean, close to airport - perfect for our stay before flying out of Heraklio. The staff was helpful in finding parking.
The air conditioning was barely working on the warm night spoiling the pleasure of the stay.
