Localisation et vue sur les toits. Appartement lumineux, plutôt spacieux et bien équipé
Odeur de cigarette des voisins. Salle de bain vieillotte : pas d’eau chaude dans le lavabo (douche ok), miroir trop haut et barres de seuil ne tiennent pas on se prend les pieds dedans.

L'appartement est joli.
Le quartier le soir craint. Il faut pas sortir tout seul. Surtout le 31 décembre. Il manque des équipements comme un four, un congélateur.
