Beautiful view over the hills, a glipmse of the paradise beach and... the stars by night (we stayed at the last floor). Good opportunity for cardio fitness the uphill by feet from beach to home :) Nice and very kind owners.

The apartment equipment is old but all functional. There is even A/C I only used once as thanks to the thick walls and window shields the room kept good temperature by its own. For me location was nice the extra walk was good for my cardio.
According booking desc.you can communicate with variety of languages, the landlord only knows local + german, so had to cross-chat with booking since I wanted to arrive earlier and our phone call with landlord lead nowhere. All went well after that, landlord and wife were nice and available the whole stay. Towels are hard as rock :( blankets just piece of thin cloth, but you have to be used to this when visiting sunny countries like Croatia/Italy. No Wifi, it should be removed from the specs.
The house is located at the top of the hill. So if you're a family with small baby/stroller or just in general don't like to hike 700m in 30 degrees you may not consider this accommodation. The other option is to pay 7Eur/day at the beach parking.

Excellent location, nice view, available parking place, kind hosts.
Retro furnitures, missing equipments in kitchen, aircon was functioning but needed to be maintained as it was not functioning properly. Inverters are located in balcony so you cannot really enjoy the balcony in sunny weather. DIYed undemanding solutions everywhere, minimal lights in rooms, you overall feel that you are not worth receiving everything, only the very minimal. The apartments need full reconstruction including full refurbishment, re-thinking of the functions of rooms (like the opening direction of doors etc.). We booked 3 apartments, one of which had no window in the bath room.
