Upgraded 1BR in Downtown with Burj Khalifa View

Excellent location

All good.

Location and host were great.

No water for showers or toilets upon check in. Apparently the whole block was out due to planned maintenance.

Central location mostly. Easy access to mall and parking.

Not sure how it looked before the upgraded. Its half of IKEA stuffed into a flat. Its generally comfortable enough. The coaches are incredibly uncomfortable though and as a family you cant sit together. There is a lot of scented sticks across the 1 bed apartment and a can of airfreshner and still you smell the damp. The guest bathroom is jot great. Just paint the horrible ceiling. The cold water in one of the main bathroom basins did not work. The cold water i. The shower was steaming hot so it was mostly too hot for us to use. So the stay was ok, mostly because of the closeness to the Dubai Mall. We tried to not spend much time in the apartment. And please turn the mattress.

Расположение прекрасное для тех, кто хочет быть ближе к Дубай Моллу, Бурж-Халифе, поющим фонтанам и метро. Но надо учесть, что будет шумно и многолюдно. Хороший гастроном в здании апартаментов. Есть пул и бассейн.

Слегка устаревший интерьер, чистота в деталях могла быть лучше, непонятная ситуация с постельным бельем для третьего гостя, предпочли бы пользоваться посудой не из тефлона, запыленная терраса.
