Urbanicooh Guidozagni - Piazza Maggiore View

Die Lage war perfekt.

Hacken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher gab es nicht. Lampe in Küche und Schlafzimmer defekt. Keinen Lift bei schmaler steiler Treppe

Perfect location, right in the heart of the old town and steps from the Cathedral. Clean and tidy and everything there we needed. Little cafe next door which was good for lunch. Comms re the access was spot on and easy to follow and the host was lovely.

Couldn't fault it. Yes there are steps which are highlighted but we didnt find this a problem as we only had a small case each.

Location is superb. Close to everything! Size of the apartment is good. Storage space ample. We were in the first floor apartment across from elevator.

Since guest experience is the goal, I would suggest some touches to make it great; -There is only one towel rack under the sink. No where else to hang wet towels! Add a few hooks! - The only shelf in the bathroom leans down so you have to be careful that things do not slip off into the bidet below. - There was no shower mat, we had to use one of our hand towels - washing machine was not in the apartment. We did have access but to it but no rack to hang the clothes to dry, so we had to scatter them throughout the apartment. Very inconvenient! -Shower temperature regulator keeps slipping down to hotter setting, need to constantly readjust while showering, this needs to be fixed. - AC in the bedroom did not work at high fan setting (could not adjust) PS. We found some nice sunglasses Longchamp left behind. Hope they got back to the owner!

Great location in the middle of the old centre. Good place to stay if you can handle stairs.
