    I am traveling for last 18 years. First time I faced the issue. 1 day before I booked the property. Booking amount was paid in advance. I have traveled all the way from Toronto to Montreal by bus around 7 hours. I was so tired and sick. I reached in the property. Had difficulty to find the door. As there were many door. Some how I finally find the entrance door but it was closed. Luckily someone opened the door. Once I entered i felt weed smoke in the entrance. No reception counter, no hotel staff was available. I asked one person about check in? Probably customer. He advised me to check my email. May be they emailed me the check in details. Unfortunately no email was received. Then I tried to contact with them. But no contact details except email address. I tried to contact with them through email. Almost 1 hour I was waiting there. I felt so helpless, stressed. How I will get new hotel booking as I running out of money? I am getting let, may be no hotel room will be available near me or last moment booking will cost me additional price. In the main time Agoda agent Mr. Vipul was trining his level best. He tried many times to contact with them but no response. Finally my booking was cancelled by Agoda. Money refunded but not received the amount in the same time. So my trouble not finish yet. For new booking need money urgently. One of my friend sent me some money. Then I went to couple hotel to do last moment booking. One hotel has one room and I have to booked with additional charges. Uff unforgettable experience very poor customer care. Weed smells no control I was feeling unsafe also.
