Arriving at the hotel was a 5-Star experience. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team! They are amazing on all levels. Friendly, do a great job in the room and kind. At the front door the gentleman was super. Always there with a great way about him. He makes you feel welcome with his friendly attitude AND safe.
The kitchen team could use a little work. One girl had a weird attitude and not a waitress type feel to her. Maybe because I didn’t speak with local language.
The guys were on it and friendly so made up for it. Overall the food is really good but not a place I looked forward to going for breakfast.

A good, clean property with amazing views! Massive rooms. Comfortable beds.
The service needs an improvement. Seems to be a problem common to all Lords Inn.
