I would have stayed a week if I could have! More time to enjoy more cups of tea on the deck with the sound of birdsong and the gently flowing river below. This place is idyllic. Feels like the most secluded, peaceful place, but 5 minutes drive from the nearest pub or bakery.
The owners were helpfully responsive to my email enquiry before our stay, but left us alone to enjoy the experience when we were there. The cottages are well away from the house and the garden is designed so that the cottages are fairly private from each other.

Fantastic accommodation within a short drive of Gloucester. Set on the banks of the river you feel like you are miles from anywhere. Cottage is well appointed and a thoroughly enjoyable place to stay. Would highly recommend this property

This place is amazing. It was hot but of an afternoon a beautiful breeze from the river. We even saw a platypus. This accomodation has everything even good coffee. The only downfall was no ceiling fan in the bedrooms , which would have helped while sleeping. we have already recommended this property to our neighbours who are thinking of going to Glouster.
