About this apartment rental
A 5-star stay 3bed/ 2.5bath resort-style condos where you’ll enjoy unprecedented access to amenities that are fun for the entire family. Lounge by multiple community pools and have fun. This relaxing family-friendly home is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and has everything you will need to make your dream Orlando vacation a reality! We have multiple units therefore all photos are not exact to this unit.
Includes WiFi, free parking, and self-check-in. There are smart TVs in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. Easy access to Interstate 4, you’re close to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, Sea World, other themed attractions, and world-class shopping and dining.
**Resort membership required: Please note that access to amenities are an extra fee that isn`t included in the rental price, such as Reunion`s Club Water Park, Tennis, some pools, and Golf.
We have multiple units therefore all photos are not exact to this unit.
*Grill in photos had to be removed. Outside grills are not allowed on the property.
Located on the unique and popular Reunion Resort and Golf Club, it is close to all amenities, a wide selection of restaurants, Disney, and all the many Central Florida attractions
Free parking
PLEASE be responsible for the general cleanliness and sanitation of all areas- particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. The trash bin is located in the front of the building and only bagged trash can be placed in trash bins.
1. PLEASE maintain good relations with neighbors and be sensitive to noise levels, particularly after 10:00 pm. No loud noise, music, or parties. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.
2. NO SMOKING AT ALL ON THIS PROPERTY (including balcony and pool area)-Fees of up to $250 will be charged if any evidence of smoking is present.
3. NO pets allowed.
4. PLEASE do not set the AC temperature below 70 degrees.
5. Bookings within 24 hours of stay/check-in will have to present their driver’s license.
6. No Parties, Events, Birthdays, Bachelor Parties, Bachelorette Parties, etc.
7. Do not have more guests than what you quoted in your reservation.
8. No video productions, unless pre-approved by the host.
9. Check-Out is at 10:00 am.
10. We are not responsible for any injuries on the property. We are not responsible for any belongings left behind. Guests are recommended to have traveler’s insurance to cover these instances.
11. Please report damages immediately
12. Put the trash out per the trash policy, excessive trash will be subject to a fee starting at $50.
13. Guests are responsible for cleaning up biohazards.
14. Please place laundry in the laundry room, and load the dishwasher upon checkout
15. For your convenience we have placed a amenities card in the unit. The card is located near the complementary snacks. This card provides access to some member only areas such as swimming pools, clubhouse etc.
Failure to return/ Loss Card fee: $60

First off the property this condo sits on is beyond beautiful The Reunion Resort Golf Course, the homes are gorgeous, crossing over the bridge to our condo then upon arrival the modern decor and finishes the place was fresh and clean and better than what I imagine! The owner communicated with me throughout my stay admittedly provided me the maintenance on call number! The only hiccup we experienced was the upstairs tenant was extremely loud and we literally heard every word and noise from the ceiling the walls appeared paper thin! But I will definitely recommend this vrbo owner to my friends and family and look forward to future bookings!
