It is the quintessential Cape Cod Beach Cottage! It is charming and eclectic all wrapped together as one. This cottage is located on the water at Spring Hill Beach with Cape Cod Bay to behold from front door, and the tidal marshes and dock to enjoy out the back door.
The cottage has an open LR/Kitchen with cathedral ceiling and ladder to access the sleeping Loft with 2 Twin beds.
2 Bedrooms with Queen and full Bath all on main level. Generous decking wraps around 3 sides of the cottage with enclosed porch facing the ocean.
The dock is shared with the neighbor. Please feel free to enjoy the dock but stay clear of any personal watercraft.
*Please Note: This property is accessed via an unpaved road that, while generally accessible, may experience rare flooding during exceptionally high tides due to its proximity to the marsh. We recommend using a suitable vehicle and planning accordingly based on the tide

A wonderful and cozy old Cape Cod cottage on the bay/beach. There is a deck facing the marsh/dock side and a larger deck facing the private beach with great views from both sides. The deck is equipped with comfortable furniture and umbrellas, and a roomy outdoor shower.
The kitchen is very well stocked with flatware, tableware, and cookware. Although dated (particularly the indoor shower), the cottage is quaint and comfortable and in a great location. We throughly enjoyed it!

We loved being able to see the marsh from one side of the house, and the sea from the other side. We came off season so there were very few other people. Lovely to have a private beach.

Overall good - Very good location.
Main ceiling fan/ light, in the living room, didnt work rendering the room fairly dim.
Property manager & the owner decided not to address the complaint (??).
