Riptides at Booker Bay is a well appointed modern spacious
apartment (1 of only 2) situated on the north facing waterfront of
Booker Bay. Enjoy the private beach and jetty with spectacular
views of the national park, relax and unwind in the sauna or private
spa or cool down with a dip in the courtyard pool.
Enjoy this exclusive holiday home equip with 3 double bedrooms
over 2 floors, ducted air conditioning (downstairs only), 3 living
areas, breakfast bar, dining for 8 and amazing sunsets on the
alfresco deck (downstairs only).
The 4th bedroom is a separate studio with king bed, bathroom,
kitchenette, accommodating 2 additional guests. If you would like
to add this studio to your booking please message me to add $400/
2 night stay to your rates.
The ultimate base while you head to the beach, shops, eclectic
markets, cinema, catch the Ferry to Palm Beach, hire a BBQ boat,
go for a bush walk or jet ski, all within a stroll to local cafes and
quality restaurants and bars.

* 2 Queen bedrooms
* 1 x King bed in self contained studio with Kitchenette and
bathroom - at an additional charge of $400/ 2 night stay.
* 3 bathrooms, main with Bath + additional bathroom in self
contained studio
* Fully equipped Kitchen with breakfast bar and Nespresso machine
* Pool and Heated Spa (private)
* Internal Sauna
* alfresco deck (downstairs only) with table and lounge chairs
* Your own beach and jetty (docking of your vessel by request only
and at additional fee)
* Ducted Air-conditioning- downstairs only, fans upstairs and in
studio. * Wifi
* Linen provided, just bring your pool/ beach towels
* External laundry
* Street parking only right at the entrance.

* This property is very private but is attached to one other
apartment. There are no shared spaces besides the jetty which is
sometimes used by the attached neighbours.

of surface rust and heavy doors.

Had the best time staying at this amazing Booker Bay home! Even with the weather doing its own thing, the fishing off the jetty was unreal and those views were picturesque — absolutely glorious. So many great memories made here and we’ll 100% be trying to book another stay. Can’t wait to come back!
