Back at the house, put your feet up and wind down by watching something on TV or catching up on a good book. The spacious backyard invites outdoor activities, so feel free to bring a football or frisbee to throw around. Marble Falls also has THE BEST Burger joint, "Bear King Brewery". The menu is terrific. Animals are allowed in the outside eating area.

Kingsland is very close and the Boat Town Burger Bar is very close, they tend to have Friday night music, and have multiple fun things as well; they have Murals and Merlot, a wine and painting get together, in the slow season, and they also do a Queen of Hearts Raffle.

The house was very cute and well stocked with the amenities you’d need for a weekend or a longer stay. The backyard was large enough for my dog to roam around but stay secure. Walkable location to a brewery, breakfast spot, and park. We’d stay again!

This was a cute, small house, perfect size for us. The yard was great, especially for our dog. The location was perfect, close to everything. The big negative is the lack of privacy window coverings, especially on windows facing the street and in bedrooms. I read reviews prior to my stay, but did not realize there was zero privacy and how uncomfortable this would make me feel, especially at night when the lights are on. For this reason, I would not stay again.
