The View | A Private Two Floor Guest House

This home caters to groups/families looking for a relaxing vacation away from our everyday stressors.
Whether you are looking to have a BBQ in the backyard, snuggling up in the family room for a calm movie night or wanting to play a friendly game of pool, there is something for everyone!
This modern home with a very open and spacious layout is unique in more ways than one. We call it, "The View" for a reason. Beautiful skyline and mountain views can be seen from the top deck overlooking the woods. Wake up early enough to catch the sun as it rises or capture a gorgeous sunset!
**We offer TWO FULL Floors, all for you and your guest containing six bedrooms, four bathrooms and two full kitchens.**
Both floors are filled with many windows allowing for beautiful natural light to enter the property, perfect for selfies!
*There is one main self check-in entrance, however, once you've checked in and are inside the house, you will have access to multiple doors for entering and exiting.*
1st Floor Break Down:
On the first floor, you will find an equipped kitchen with more than enough space to host your friends/family. The kitchen contains all the basics, including: a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, glasses and more. You will also find a dining area, a pool table, board games and an arcade gaming system. Entry to the backyard is also accessible through here.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms, all Queen size, with one of the bedrooms leading to the backyard. Each room has it's own split unit system (manually controlled air conditioner) and 2 bathrooms located in the hallway.

2nd Floor Break Down:
Just like floor one, floor two has a fully equipped kitchen, in addition to a dining area, a family room and a sunroom that leads to the deck where you can BBQ.
The second floor also has 3 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is Queen size, with a private bathroom, as well as private entry to the furnished deck.
Bedroom two is also Queen size and bedroom three contains two Bunkbeds. The last bathroom can be found in the hallway, along with the washer/dryer and the central air cooling system.

Respectfully, this is not a home for parties or events. We best cater to groups and families looking to experience a calm getaway.
Be advised, our community township does not allow more than 14 guests per home. This house can accommodate up to 14 guests, however, there will be a $25 additional guest fee per guest, per night, for guests over the amount of 12. As per township safety regulations, guest will be required to provide full names of all travelers under their reservation, as well as all traveling vehicle information prior to arrival.

Guest must have their identity verified through Airbnb. In order to verify your identity if you have not yet done so, please submit your ID on your Airbnb Dashboard
Pets are allowed, but please be advised that if your pet is not a service animal, there will be a one time fee of $75 per pet, as well as a weight requirement of no more than 50lbs for small to medium pets. For larger pets over 50lbs, there will be a charge of $150 per pet. The maximum number of pets allowed is three. Please specify the size and breed through the message thread in order to be charged correctly.

We encourage guest to please pick up after your pets. Our cleaning crew goes above and beyond to clean thoroughly after every visit and if they find pet feces inside or on the properties front lawn and/or backyard, guests will be required to pay an additional $100 cleaning fee.
