When it’s time to hit the theme parks, you’re around 11 miles from the main entrance of Disney property and 23 miles from Universal.
The home itself is brand-new, featuring an open layout, new appliances, stylish furnishings, and modern fixtures. Enjoy a quiet coffee or a cocktail on the shady lanai while the kids play in the private pool, or step out to the garage-conversion game room for some air hockey or foosball. The chef will love the sleek, full kitchen, and there’s plenty of room at mealtime between the kitchen island and dining table, or step back out to the pool and dine alfresco.
Living areas on each floor mean you can send the kids upstairs to the loft to watch cartoons while you stream the latest release downstairs. Each bedroom has a TV as well, and the free WiFi and several desk areas will keep remote workers happy. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

South facing pool was great. Home is pretty basic. Unable to open door to "garage games room", no window so it feels like your in a dark basement. One of the king mattresses was like a concrete pad, others were good. Resort itself is fantastic. We've stayed at 4 different houses here, this was the most "basic" but comparably priced.

I’ve stayed on this resort before in the townhouses. I was excited to upgrade to an actual house. While the home is as pictured the couches and chairs were stained and just worn. When I woke up to cook breakfast for my family there were 2 cockroaches in the sink. I reached out to vasca who came out and sprayed. But throughout our stay we would wake up to dead roaches in the morning on the floor.
