You'll have access to incredible amenities and 18 water features on the grounds, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a lazy river, kiddie pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, and several on-site restaurants.
At Bay Watch, you'll also be treated to free DVD rentals, a package of tickets from local partners, fun kids' activities (such as shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games) in summer, and activities for snowbirds (such as card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets) all winter.
The heart of this condo is the oceanfront balcony, accessible through floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the living room. It's a beautiful spot to watch the sun come up, sip your morning coffee, or relax with a tropical cocktail at golden hour.

Condo was clean and comfy! Quiet and fabulous view! Coffee and creamers provided. The water damaged ceiling in 2nd bedroom was ugly also the water damage by sliders to balcony are a tripping hazard

My husband was recovering from shoulder surgery and said I can recover at home, or we can go to the beach. So, to the beach we went. Sadly, the pictures showed a recliner, that was nonexistent. I reached out to Vacasa who stated that it was not included in the amenities. When asked why it was in the pictures, no response. The second bedroom tv would not change channels. Per previous reviews, it was an ongoing problem that was an easy fix. A service ticket was put in but never saw anyone or heard about it being fixed. So, Forensic Files it was for four days. The condo is spacious and fit MOST of our needs. The walk in shower in the master was a plus with the "patient". Getting a luggage cart to the condo proved to be tricky as the entrance is shared with another condo across the hall. Tight quarters. We loved the condo, and our stay, however the recliner not being "included" and the tv issue not being resolved kind of left us with a "eh" about renting with Vacasa. I'd wished they would have followed through with better customer service.

First let me say the unit was clean. However there could be a few more cooking utensils. There is water damage in the unit, the second bedroom ceiling and the living room floor laminate has buckled near the balcony door. Also the no smoking policy is not strictly enforced. A person on oxygen in a unit one floor down from us kept lighting up, go figure!! I did notify management but it didn’t do any good.
