We recently spent a long weekend here with our two teenage boys and had the best time. The property is even more impressive in person; it perfectly matched the photos and description. From the pool and hot tub to the pool table and movie room, the amenities were fantastic and kept everyone entertained. The host was wonderful to work with—communication was super easy, and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and straightforward. The location couldn't have been better, putting us close to all the best restaurants and local attractions. This is a five-star stay!

The house was just as pictured! Great location in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view. Everything was clean and easy to use. It was a wonderful retreat for both adults and teenagers. Pacific Beach was a quick drive and had lots of good restaurants and shops. Would love to stay here again!

The location and layout of the house were fantastic. Up on a hill in a quiet, safe neighborhood with sweeping views of the ocean and sunset, the house had ample room for our two families and a layout that was great for indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. The kitchen was well appointed. The cleanliness of the house left a lot to be desired though. Moldy master shower, stinky dishwasher, grimey light switches, stained carpets, dirty door handles were a miss, particularly given COVID cleanliness standards. The pool towels were really thin and cheap and not enough for a 4 day stay, we had to launder them constantly. The towel stocks for the bathrooms and kitchen were inadequate in number and quality also. The master bath was stocked with a single bath towel. Overall, the house itself is great but the cleanliness and towel situation left a lot to be desired.
