This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath lake house is great for a family trip to the lake or a getaway with friends. Come enjoy all the amenities it has to offer including: private covered dock, firepit, propane grill, two living areas, a large dinning table and plenty of room available for parking. This property is located within 3 minutes of Hester's Marina where you can rent a boat for your stay. Come join us and enjoy a stay at Kentucky Lake! Here is what you can expect when you come stay with us:

- Guest must supply their own spices, condiments, food and drinks. (including coffee).

This place does not disappoint! Plenty of room for our family, location is spectacular, boat slip for our rental is super convenient. This is our third year and we’ll keep coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It fit our group comfortably and there was plenty of space for us to hang out and enjoy our time together. It was easy to walk down to the water and enjoy the view. The house was clean and well decorated. We would definitely stay here again. It is worth noting that the house does not have a standard coffee pot as advertised, it is actually a Keurig so be sure to bring pods instead of coffee grounds.

We have family that live in the neighborhood and the location of this house is perfect. Alison is great to work with and very responsive. And the house and amenities offered are always comfortable and convenient. We’ll be back!

Everything was perfect. The house house its perfectly located and included everything you could need. Plenty of space, warm, and inviting.
