Enjoy a full bathroom with laundry, and a kitchenette: 4.5 cu.ft. refrigerator, microwave, extra large toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, pots, pans, dishes, keurig coffee machine, and full kitchen sink. 1 queen bed accommodates up to two guests.

Clean, quiet, easy to access studio. Bed was very good, lovely hot shower. Lots of cooking equipment available, although we didn't cook.

This property was very nice. The neighborhood is really quiet. It felt very safe, as we did walk to the corner gas station a couple of times. Everything you need was there. Steve was a great host. He brought us an extra blanket as it was a tad bit cool in the space for us.

I had an amazing stay here. The unit is so accessible with well lit walkways and just well thought out with what it’s equipped with. It really was a good stay! Steve was very helpful and it was a nice neighborhood.

Really enjoyed my stay in this well appointed very clean space. The bed was super comfortable and the shower nice and hot. Quiet neighborhood with easy street parking. Highly recommend this rental.
