Summary:
Newly renovated cabin with a mountain view (year 'round) & a lake view! (seasonal). This cabin was furnished with the guests' needs in mind with attention to detail above and beyond the top amenities such as the large hot tub, slate pool table & arcade (412 games)! On each end table & bedroom night stand there is a lamp, USB (A&C) hookups, a 120volt plug, & a bluetooth speaker plus two shelves! A full kitchen with garbage disposal, ice in frig. door, cookware/dinnerware, etc for 12 guests!

1) It is furnished with the guests needs in mind such as -

N) Large flat screen smart TVs in every main room (except in bunk room downstairs for those that prefer not to have a TV) including a 75 inch TV in the living room and 50 inch in all other rooms!
O) A full set of pots & pans, a full dinnerware set for at least twelve plus alot of cooking utensils, measuring cups, etc.
P) Plenty of seating inside and out including a kitchen bar w/ cushioned bar stools, an Amish dining table for 8, and Amish outdoor rockers for over 20.

6) Dollar General only 3 miles away and large supermarket only 4 miles plus several other restaurants)bars etc very close!
7) Larger lot with plenty of parking space and outdoor fire pit with outdoor chairs and table!
There is also a public boat ramp and lake access about five minutes away beside 980 Rocky top road, Sevierville TN 37876! Come be our guest and get the best value in the area!
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to this cabin and amenities! Nothing is shared with another rental or other guests!
The Neighborhood:
This cabin has no drive through roads meaning that vehicles do not drive through this neighborhood to go anywhere else besides inside the neighborhood so there is very little traffic. The neighbors are super nice people and keep to themselves unless needed.. The outdoor porches are very peaceful with lots of trees and a view of the mountains and sometimes of the lake also!
Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get around but the roads to this cabin are not difficult to travel at all. The roads are all paved all the way to the driveway and the neighborhood road makes a circle so you may come in two different ways once you reach Timberlake Circle, if needed
Other Things to Note:
I have owned rental properties for 25+ years and have over 1000+ positive reviews because I treat my guests as I would want to be treated! Fairly with kindness and respect. I also have a dedicated team to help when needed!
Interaction with Guests:
I will not disturb my guests unless absolutely necessary but me and my team will make ourselves available anytime needed (unless asleep, of course). My cleaning/maintenance service is also only 7 minutes away if needed!
