2 Point View is a ground floor two-bedroom apartment sleeping four guests. It is equipped to a very high standard with it's own Private Hot Tub situated on the extensive south facing terrace for ‘al fresco’ dining complete with outdoor table and chairs.

2 Point View is located within a secure development with private car park and intercom entry system, and all of this is just a 5 minute walk away from the famous surfing beach, the beautiful Croyde Bay.

Available to let all year round, for long or short breaks, our apartment is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. It is just a short walk away from the centre of Croyde, which has a wonderful selection of pubs and cafes, all with extensive menus, not to mention the famous local Ice Cream parlour.
Additionally, there is a village store and surf shops to hire or buy anything you could possibly need to go and relax on the beach or hit the surf.

Had a super week at Point View. The apartment has a modern open plan feel, it was very clean and the beds very comfy. The hot tub was fun and was also clean. Couldn't be in a better location for Croyde Beach - just a 5 minute walk away. Nearer than if you stayed in the centre of Croyde. Lots of things to do in the area but mainly just being on glorious Croyde Beach is enough! Curry from the Beach Cafe 3 minutes walk away is amazing and beats cooking.

Lovely, spacious and clean property. Perfect location to access the beach, shops, and restaurants in Croyde. Hot tub was an added bonus! Will be rebooting for next year.

This was our second visit to the property. Cleaning this time round was not as thorough as it could have been. The toilets needed a good clean with bleach and there were dusty surfaces around the property! Given that the entry time is restricted, due to the extra cleaning that is required because of Covid, there was really no excuse for this not to have been done. Half way through or weeks stay a guy showed up unannounced to to check the hot tub. A text to warn us he was coming would have been considerate. We cut our stay short by a day as the occupants in the apartments above and next to ours arrived with small children, doors were continually banging and our privacy compromised. Whilst the rooms are set up with single beds in a number of the apartments, the decor and fittings are not really child friendly. Great location close to beach and a short walk into the centre of Croyde. However, don't think we will be going back.

From check in to check out a really lovely experience. The apartment surpassed all our expectations from viewing the listing… great location, immaculate throughout, lovely comfy beds and very well equipped. Took my mum who has mobility issues and was perfect for her. The standard of decour and the little extras to make it a home from home were excellent and the hot tub.. the icing on the cake! We would definitely like to visit again Also hired a wheelchair through Braunton Mobility and again excellent service. Thank you…. an altogether lovely holiday

Property is well positioned, well equipped, and very clean. Everything needed for an enjoyable week. The Host is super accommodating and generally lovely. As ever, there are tiny feedback points, but nothing big enough to call out in a public review.

The apartment is spacious and modern with parking, a large patio, hot tub etc. I’ve stayed here with my husband twice before but this time was a visit with a friend. The beds are comfortable. It would have been nice for us both to have a double bed but the two singles in the twin room can’t be made into a double as they are wooden beds (on that note, both of us walked into those bed frames 10+ times and have the bruises to prove it.) The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of plastic glasses etc for outside dining and drinking. The TV is huge and it was lovely to have Netflix, Amazon etc. (the pubs shut early in Croyde - bring wine!) I will say that although I love this place and will likely be coming again it is now showing signs of wear and tear after nine years. The gloss work needs repainting, the pillows are flat, the carpets need replacing and the hot tub is in dire need of a refurb as at least a third of the jets are missing now. And one plea from me - please get rid of the huge pointless twig ornament things. They are all in the way of the blind cords so you nearly take an eye out every time you open and close the blinds. A nice standard lamp in the living room would be better. Having said all that, it’s a lovely place and we’ve had an amazing, relaxing week but with a few inexpensive tweaks it could be amazing.

Recently spent a week here with my partner and 2 Yr old. Our daughter loved the apartment and outdoor area which was great as it was enclosed. Loved the day area and bi folding doors. Very close to the beach, down via a pathway of steps. Beach nice and clean. Village is small but lovely! Plenty of places to eat although some places not open for food at the beginning of the week (October) little post office and a lovely children's park. Good position for exploring near towns. Owner was very helpful. Hot tube was great and we can vouch for it being fully emptied between each stay as we meet the chap & saw him do it. Could tell in some area apartment has had quite a bit of use but we were assured that issues were due to be rectified. All In all ticked alot of boxes for us and we were just so happy to finally get away!!

Amazing location between steps to the beach and town, couldn’t be a better spot! Tess was super helpful and the place itself is fantastic, even bigger than it looks in the pictures. Hot tub was a treat!

The spaciousness and interior design helped a lot. Being a short walk to the southern side of the Bay was great. The village restaurants were also a short walk in the other direction. Everything worked really well - especially the Hot Tub which had clearly been carefully cleaned in advance of our arrival. A great stay.
