Thank to Evelyn and Juan we had a fantastic time with our stay in Florida. The Duplex was newly remodled and very clean. The location was perfect, very close to everything. St. Petes beach was only 15 minutes away! Juan came over that morning to replace batteries in the smoke alarm. Nice people i would rent from them again.

This location was perfect for our needs. Great location easy access to beaches. Hosts were very quick to respond to our questions and requests. Very helpful and respectful.
We were lucky that the next door neighbours were fairly quiet.
Highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay with the family, everything that need it's there. Good location to visit St Pete, Tampa, and Clearwater no more than 20 min driving

This apartment is in a nice location if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the beach hotels (which we did). The neighborhood is very quiet and we appreciated that, especially at night.
Everything was brand new and clean. The sheets on the fold out bed were dirty when we checked in however, it was an easy fix to just throw them into the washing machine!
The owners were extremely responsive even when we locked ourselves out of the unit! 🙄
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!
