About this chalet rental
The "La belle échappée" chalet is a newly built property completed in December 2022, situated on a 900 m² lot at the end of a cul-de-sac in
—200 meters from takeout restaurants, a ski rental shop, and a shop selling local products.
- 800 m from the center of Xonrupt-Longemer (tobacco shop, butcher/delicatessen, pharmacy, daycare, bakery, post office, tourist office, town hall).
- 1 km from Lake Xonrupt-Longemer (night market during the summer).
- 6 km from downtown Gérardmer and its lake.
- 7 km from the downhill ski slopes of Gérardmer
- 10 km from the downhill and cross-country ski trails of La Bresse and Lispach.
This superb 180 m² chalet on 3 levels, which can accommodate 10 guests, features:
- large private paved parking area (5 cars).
- storage area for bicycles, motorcycles, and skis.
Ground Floor:
- spacious entryway with storage, benches, and coat racks.
- a laundry room (washer, dryer, iron)
- a restroom.
- a shower.
-A 37 m² game room (pool table, Bonzini foosball table, darts).
Mezzanine:
-Fully equipped kitchen (1 refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, toaster, kettle, coffee makers [Senseo and filter] + 1 pantry (1 fridge-freezer, fondue and raclette sets......)
- Dining room/living room (large table, wood-burning stove, sofas, TV).
- Restroom.

Available upon request: travel crib, high chair, baby bathtub.
To help you travel light, bed linens are provided, along with one large and one small bath towel per person.
The “La Belle Échappée” chalet is located in a quiet neighborhood; parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and, in general, outside noise disturbances are not permitted.
Rentals are on a weekly basis during school vacation periods, and a minimum of two nights is required outside of school vacation periods.
The chalet is smoke-free.

Superberb house for large group. Very nice interior and exterior. Everything just perfect. Hosts are more than friendly and flexibele and live across the house. Thnx!

Our stay was very pleasant. The house has everything you need to have a fun and comfortable stay. The owner lives right across the object and was very helpful with things we needed. The neighbour complained because we were listening to music to loud. You can walk to the lake within 15-20min which is nice.

What a beautiful house! We were warmly welcomed by the owners. The groundfloor has a playroom, the little ones enjoyed it immensely. The pooltable was fun in the evenings for the older ones. Beautiful sleepingrooms, bathrooms, livingroom and kitchen. In short: we had a wonderful holiday, without snow. You can imagine what it would have been if there was snow!
Beautiful surroundings as well.
