This vacation rental is located on the top floor of the building and is accessible via two flights of stairs. A hallway leads directly into the spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a cozy couch and a reading chair here. From here, you can step out onto a charming balcony with seating, which offers a beautiful view of the forest and vineyards. The bedroom features a double box-spring bed and a spacious closet. Across the hall is the bathroom, which has natural light, a shower, toilet, and sink with a mirror. This is a non-smoking apartment where pets are not allowed. You’ll find a parking space right in front of the house.



Surrounded by vineyards, the little village of Birkweiler is idyllically situated on the edge of the Palatinate Forest. The vacation home is located on the outskirts of town, surrounded by a Mediterranean-style garden and plenty of parking. The vacation home features 3 high-quality apartments, all of which were completely renovated and refurbished with great care in 2022. From here, you can set out on a variety of activities, such as hikes, e-bike tours, or mountain bike tours. Wine lovers have the opportunity to book wine testings with our local winemakers or simply stop by one of the region’s many festivals. Since 2026, we have been part of the joint sustainability initiative of the German Wine Route vacation region as a “Sustainable Destination – PARTNER.”



On-site costs: Free: parking space for a car or bicycle, use of all appliances as well as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, ground coffee (including filter bags), towels and bed linens, and use of seating areas on the terraces, balcony, or in the garden, plus a small surprise in the refrigerator. Price per night: €110 to €130 depending on the type of vacation rental
