This large 75m2 apartment is located in an authentic Savoyard chalet, near the village of Samoëns. With its 2 carefully decorated bedrooms, this cottage can accommodate up to 6 people.
NOT suitable for people with limited mobility as there are 15 stairs

This spacious and bright apartment has many facilities to facilitate your stay with family or friends. You will appreciate the location of your accommodation in the heart of a quiet place and close to amenities.

- fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, raclette machine, etc.
- 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed of 160, 2 single beds, 1 baby bed, 1 sofa bed bed bed provided beds made on your arrival
- Wi-Fi internet access
Bed linen will be provided, towels can be rented on site and you have at your disposal all the household appliances you need on a daily basis: washing machine, ironing board, hairdryer, etc. Note that a ski locker is also available for the winter.
This apartment is ideal for families in both summer and winter: you can reach the village of Samoëns and its shops in a few minutes on foot, and you can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this mountain village.
The chimney is condemned following a misuse of the tenants we have avoided 2 fires
The central heating works very well

DO NOT INCLUDE HEATING
IN CASE AN EXTRA CHARGE IS REQUESTED FROM THE TENANTS OF 150 EUROS PER WEEK
A DEPOSIT 90 EUROS CLEANING AND REQUESTED ON YOUR ARRIVAL AS WELL AS THE BROKEN DEPOSIT OF 600 EUROS THEY WILL BE RETURNED ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE IF EVERYTHING IS IMPECCABLE
It is not possible to charge electric cars in our rentals
But in the village there are terminals provided for this purpose

The whole family had an amazing time. Accommodation was very nice, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Owners very nice and friendly. Would love to go back and stay here.

This was the perfect spot for us in the Alps - we especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area with fantastic views of both the sunrise and the sunset over the mountains.
Lucette was extremely welcoming and helpful and the chalet was just right for us. We hope to go back again.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was well equipped and comfortable. The Journey is easy from Geneva but watch for Ice on the final leg. I would have no worries about returning to see Lucette.

L'accueil par les propriétaires est très direct et chaleureux. L'appartement, son mobilier et tout le matériel mis à disposition est très propre et en très bon état. Le hameau est à quelques minutes d'un supermarché et du village : tout est réuni pour un séjour calme sur place et très actif, si on le souhaite, à l'extérieur. Une adresse à recommander.
