This wonderful condo offers a stunning master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, guest bedroom with a queen size bed and private access to a shared bathroom and sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably! Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen or take advantage of one of the many local restaurants! Enjoy gorgeous Gulf views from the balcony accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. This is a very nice condo, exactly as advertised. The Sundunes bldg is our favorite in Navarre. Can't beat the location and the condo is great! We would love to rent again, but mgt company was less than ideal.After checking our CC account 3 weeks before trip, we realized we had been TRIPLE charged for 2nd payment. No one let us know of their billing error! I called them immediately & was asked to send a screenshot of our CC statement & was told Acctg would get back to them. Acctg then admitted their error & thankfully refunded us back the 2 charges within a week's time. No one ever apologized for this error! How would they not have known!2 hours before 4:00 check-in, mgt company texts us to provide our ages, copies of our drivers license & registration of car or they wouldn't provide lock key code. I asked why are they just now asking for this. The person said the other agent dropped the ball. Clearly there are issues with this mgt company, at least in our experience. As far as the condo goes, the only issue we had was the ice maker did not work. On day 2-3, I did text someone about it, they sent a repairman over who couldn’t determine the problem & said they would have to get someone else out & could not provide timeframe to expect them, so I said never mind. They did bring us bags of ice, after we had bought our own. With this being said, our friends had rented this same condo a year ago and the ice maker didn't work then either. I'd say buy a bag of ice prior.

This condo was BEAUTIFUL! You couldn’t beat the ocean view, the bed was comfortable, the decor and scenery in the condo were modern and perfect.This was our first family vacation with our 16 month old daughter. Although we didn’t run into any issues, I feel like this condo is better suited for anyone that doesn’t have toddlers. Make sure to get your preferred paper towels (the ones supplied were super thin), salt, pepper, etc. All in all, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view of ocean - easy walk to beach. Grill was not clean so we did not grill - Fire alarm went off three times in the time we were there (false alarm) - very quiet and peaceful. Would rent this property again!

This place is so cute! The beds are comfy foam. The bathrooms are very pretty and modern. The kitchen is stocked with anything you’d need to cook a great meal. The balcony has nice sturdy furniture. There are a few restaurants a little out of walking range but everything is easy to get to from this location in a car or bike. It takes less than 2 minutes to walk from your door to the beautiful white sand beach.
