Anytime staying in storico area you will have cobblestones, steps and hills. But the old city was beautiful and had lots of restaurants. Apartment fully equipped and spacious. Host was vey helpful and communicative. WiFi was somewhat problematic but we managed with a personal MiFi and host even cut us a small refund for inconvenience. Highly recommend!

First of all the positive sides...
The village is very nice with everything you need nearby (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, various restaurants, ice cream van,...).
The parking lot is about 10min away and has a drinking water fountain to fill up bottles on the way to the beach which is very good as it is very hot.
The mattresses are good. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary
Now the downsides...
The apartment gets incredibly hot in summer as it has three external walls facing the sun and an uninsulated roof.
It is worth noting that the instantaneous water heater should only be turned on for showers, as it heats up the apartment even unused. There are fans in every room, but it's not possible to get the heat out of the appartment overnight.
For us as a family with children, the apartment has the following disadvantages. The children's bedroom has no windows and is very uncomfortable to use during the day. The room upstairs is only accessible if you book the appartment for 6 people.
The terrace indicated in the pictures is only a landing and can only be "used" by a maximum of two people. There is no balcony as stated in the advertisement.
There is no other covered outdoor area, so you are forced to stay (with the kids) most of the time in the apartment during the day (e.g. to eat, read, ...).
