This superb mid-19th century villa, about 250 m2 spread over two levels, can accommodate up to 15 people.On the ground floor you will find an entrance, a well equipped office (with washing machine, refrigerator and freezer), a separate fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, hood, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric oven, induction hobs, gas burners, refrigerator and freezer), a dining room that can accommodate 18 guests overlooking the garden and the pond, as well as a large living room also open to the garden and the pond. There is also a first master suite (bed in 160) with a large en-suite shower room and toilet, opening onto the garden and basin, as well as a second bedroom (bed in 160) also opening onto the garden with its own shower room and toilet. Upstairs, you will discover a bowl-window TV lounge with views of the garden and the basin, a first bedroom with a 160 bed and view of the basin with ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a 160 bed and view of the basin with toilet room, a third bedroom with two bunk beds in 90, a separate shower and toilet room, a fourth bedroom with balcony and view of the garden including a 160 bed and an ensuite bathroom, a fifth bedroom with two bunk beds in 90 and toilet room, a toilet on the landing, and a sixth bedroom (with access to the balcony) equipped with a 90 bed and sink.Outside, a large garden on the front of the house on the side of the boulevard of the beach allows to park several vehicles, while a garden on the basin extends to the beach. The white linen is not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: holidays33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership).
