The guest bedroom is complete with a queen bed plus Pottery Barn bedding, dresser in closet and direct access to the expanded patio. The stylish living area offers plenty of seating, another 50" smart TV, gorgeous quartz-tiled fireplace, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional sleep accommodations. The open-concept living room allows for an elegant dining space and full kitchen, great for cooking and entertaining. Choose from 3 pools and spas plus a BBQ area. The neighborhood is fantastic and very walkable. There is the Aunt Chilada's Mexican restaurant right across the street plus an easy hiking trail just behind the complex. Walk the neighborhood or get in the car for trendy shops and restaurants in North Central Phoenix and the Biltmore Fashion Mall nearby. Or hop on the I-51 just a minute away and conveniently get anywhere in town!

Great place !! The property was very clean and well stocked with the essentials needed for our stay. Nicely decorated. My wife enjoyed the remote control candles. All appliances (kitchen and laundry) were in good working order. Lots of very hot water for shower/bath. The pool heater was not working dring our stay but the owner made arrangements for use of heated pools in a nearby complex. This is an inside unit away from the street so no traffic noise.....very quiet. Great location with easy access to Highway 51. 5 min drive to Piestawa Peak summit trail head. 3 min bike ride to bike paths along the waterway that go all the way to downtown Scottsdale. The owner was very responsive to questions.

The unit was perfect for our stay and the host did a great job of welcoming us and providing updates. Everything was clean and it was in a quiet location well situated for our mini-vacation. Every step of the way was seamless. Would definitely book again!
