Southern Lea can host five guests over three bedrooms, as you enter there is a spacious hallway leading into the main living area, with comfortable seating, large flatscreen TV and dining table to retreat at the end of a sightseeing day. The kitchen area is stylish and well equipped with full oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the kitchenware you will need for your favourite holiday cuisine. Really pleased with everything.Property was just as it had said and photos.All clean everything we needed.Very secure for our dog in the garden.Area good for visiting places.Definitely would use again if in that area.

Had everything we needed and more. Beds comfy and plenty of towels for our stay. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

The property has a lot of good features but is let down by the details. It is spacious and well equipped with everything you need and in a great location. The garden is lovely and the beds are very comfortable with luxurious bedding. Unfortunately the living room sofa and chairs are uncomfortable and one of the dining chairs is very worn and ripped on the seat. Cleaning seemed rushed as dust and crumbs still on floors and the bin in the kitchen was filthy and smelly, with what appeared to be congealed fat covering the inside, so we had to clean it ourselves. The main issue is the heating. It was not on when we arrived and the house was very cold. Guests have no access to the heating controls as they are in a locked container on the wall. We spoke to the letting agent who explained it is only set to come on between 6-9am and 4-9pm to 20 degrees which in the cold weather meant the house was cold most of the day. We have never stayed anywhere where we have not had the option of having heating as required. This was further compounded by the fact that the timer had reset to factory settings and would not come on. All things considered we would not stay there again.
