- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes/cutlery, and kitchen utensils).
-One bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed
-One bathroom, one of which has a bathtub

Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are subject to an additional charge:
