About this apartment rental

The Rosin vacation apartments are located on a small side street in the heart of Babelsberg.

You’ll stay in a stylish two-room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
In the bedroom, a box-spring bed ensures peaceful and restful nights.
The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink. Both vacation apartments have a completely renovated bathroom.
In the living room, you can relax on the cozy leather couch after a wonderful day of vacation.
The leather couch can be converted into a daybed, allowing for an extra sleeping space. An additional person costs €20 per night.

Parking is available in the designated parking spaces, usually right near the house, and there is space to store bicycles on the property.
We are happy to provide two bicycles for a small fee.

This is a non-smoking vacation rental.
Note for smokers: there is an ashtray on the balcony.

We have had a nice stay (with 2 persons). Kitchen, bathroom, beds and living room are comfortable. The environment is very quiet. Nearby are shops and there is a good connection to Berlin (S7). With our bicycles we have made nice tours in the area.

I was there for a one-week business trip, and the flat was very convenient. Nice, clean, and well equipped. Good value for money, and seamless online payment. As a negative point, I can only mention the lack of internet connection.

This is a beautiful apartment, renovated to a very high standard. It is located in a lovely residential area of Potsdam with public transport and shops close-by. highly recommended!
