Living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen, two bedrooms (accessed via four steps to the bedrooms and bathrooms): one with a queen-size bed (160 cm), the other with two single beds (90 cm), shower room, separate toilet.
Carport for a small vehicle. Shared with the bed and breakfast and group accommodation: unsupervised swimming pool (12 x 6 m), enclosed by a wall with a secure gate, open from June 1st to September 15th, weather permitting, and a summer fireplace for relaxing in the evening.
Wi-Fi internet access.
Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, baby bath.
Display of antique farm tools. This spacious cottage with a private enclosed garden is located on a Charente estate surrounded by Cognac vineyards. It is completely independent.

Madame Matignon welcomes you in a friendly atmosphere to the family estate surrounded by vineyards of the Grande Champagne du Cognac, including the main house, the Collinauds gîte with its enclosed courtyard, as well as an old oil and flour mill converted into a group gîte. She will help you discover what makes this country so attractive, where what is known as the liqueur of the gods is produced: the landscapes but also the people. You can still learn how people lived on the estate more than a century ago thanks to the exhibition of horse-drawn carriages and old tools.
