About this apartment rental
We are delighted to welcome you for the first time to our newly renovated “frainerei” guesthouse, located right on the Arlberg.
Our 210m² self-catering vacation home offers families and groups of up to 10 people the perfect accommodations near the world-famous Arlberg ski resort. If you’d like to spend peaceful, relaxing moments with your loved ones, love snow-covered mountains and the mountain air, enjoy great slopes, and experience unforgettable moments, you’ve come to the right place. The “frainerei” is the ideal vacation rental, as the entire house is reserved exclusively for you, your family, and your friends.
The bus stop is just a few meters from our house, providing easy access—even with small children—to the Arlberg and Sonnenkopf ski areas. The Albonabahn in Stuben is 5 minutes away, and the family-friendly Sonnenkopf ski area is 10 minutes away by the free ski bus. The village center is just 1 km away. There you’ll find a bank service center with an ATM, as well as the tourist office for further information. You’ll also find our village store there, as well as a pizzeria and restaurants for unforgettable evenings of fine dining.

The Frainer Family
Vacation home:
The “frainerei” features a spacious kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and seating area. The spacious living and dining area with a TV, which seats 10 people, is perfect for a lovely dinner together and unforgettable, cozy game nights. Showers and restrooms are available on both the first floor and the upper floor. There is also a ski boot dryer on the first floor.
For a relaxing vacation, our house has two double rooms, a family room with a double bed and a sleeper sofa for two people, as well as a room with two single beds. The rooms are all separate, so everyone has their own space to retreat to. We’re happy to offer a bread roll service for breakfast.
On the upper floor, there’s access to the balcony, as our house is smoke-free.
Toilet paper, soap, bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens, as well as dish soap and dishwasher tablets, are provided.
There are three parking spaces right in front of the house, with an additional one available if needed.
