This 57m2 apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs. It can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The apartment is beautifully decorated, and we ensure it is sparkling clean and ready for your arrival.

The apartment is naturally well-lit and aesthetically designed to meet your needs and expectations. The kitchen is stocked with modern appliances, including a cooktop stove, toaster, oven, refrigerator, and kettle. Pots, pans, and cutlery are available for light cooking.

The property opens to a spacious living room with a dining table. The apartment also has Wi-Fi internet, a TV, and a log burner for winter months.

There is one bedroom with a king-sized bed, which comes with complimentary hotel-quality linen for your comfort.

The beautiful bathroom contains all the essentials to freshen up, such as a shower, a hairdryer, and a free-standing claw-foot bath. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

Peckham offers the best of both worlds - a characterful, bustling corner of London with tonnes of local independent shops, bars and restaurants and a warm, welcoming village feel but incredible access to the rest of the city and all it has to offer. The flat sits right in the heart of this and provides the perfect base from which to explore! Some local highlights:

- Pizza: Made of Dough (Bellenden Rd) - 241 on Mondays
- Pasta: Artusi (Ballenden Rd), Forza Wine (Rye Lane), Oi Spaghetti + Tiramisu (Copeland Park)
- Indian: Ganapati Takeaway (Maxted Rd - opposite the flat) or sit-in at their restaurant on Holly Grove
- Thai: Begging Bowl (Bellenden Rd)
- Tapas: Miss Tapas (Choumert Rd) or Uva (Bellenden Rd)
- Pub: The Victoria (Bellenden Rd), The Rye (Rye Lane)
- Ice cream: Fabulous Ice Fires (East Dulwich Road)
- European: Levan (Blenheim Grove) and Coal Rooms (Peckham Rye Station) do a fantastic roast! Peckham Bazaar (Consort Rd)
- Bao: Mr Bao (Rye Lane)

For groceries: Village Grocer (has everything!) and General Store (fancy coffee and pastries - pastel de nata on a Saturday are the best outside of Lisbon) - both on Bellenden Rd

Lordship Lane is a 10-minute walk away, and it has a huge selection of shops, bars, restaurants, and a Picturehouse cinema.

Buzzy nightlife along Rye Lane includes the famous Peckhamplex cinema, Frank's rooftop bar, Bussey Buildings, and The Peckham Levels.

The green open spaces of Peckham Rye Common and Goose Green are within walking distance. Dulwich Village and Dulwich Park are also walkable (within half an hour).

It's incredibly well-connected!

Peckham Rye train station (10 mins walk) has train lines into: Victoria (for Victoria, District and Circle lines), London Bridge (for Jubilee and Northern lines and connections to Gatwick), Thameslink to Blackfriars, Farringdon, King's Cross, Luton Airport and Overground services to Clapham or Dalston and East London.

Number 176 bus from Grove Vale, East Dulwich (10 mins walk) takes you into Waterloo and central London in 45 mins.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
