The condo unit itself was great!!! just perfect for our group with a designated bathroom for each bedroom. We noticed there were a few ants in one of the bathrooms when we first checked in but the property manager was very responsive in getting everything resolved and cleaned up. The two issues we had were 1) the unit being near the complex dumpster, which had not been emptied in quite a while and residents were leaving their garbage near and around, the full dumpster. While it still had not been emptied before we departed the area had been cleaned up and all the garbage was in the dumpster; and 2) residents not cleaning up after their dogs as the unit is near an open grassy area.

We had a great time. The place was perfect. Extremely clean. Photos were very accurate. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Great property, but we did find a large dead roach/palmetto bug in our bedroom closet (which creep me out even as a Florida native), which is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. It may be that they recently treated the place for pests, and hopefully the cleaning crew will check the property the morning before guests stay in the future!

Beautiful condo, and surprisingly quiet despite the partying graduate university students in the area since it was university housing. It was very clean, nice furniture and well stocked on the inside, but we did find a large dead roach in the bedroom we slept in, which is the only reason I gave four stars instead of five. It's possible that they recently sprayed for them and that's why it was there, but I hopefully next time the cleaning crew will double check the property before a guest stay.
