About this house rental
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located, waterfront neighborhood. This home fronts Wapato Way. We are just a very short walk to the public beach, boat launch , wine tasting rooms , grocery store, coffee cabin ,and restaurants. The farmers market is across the street from the house Sat. and Wed. mornings in the Summer.
This is a completely renovated and decorated home. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has it's own heating/cooling with individual mini split units and controls. There is a Smart TV in every bedroom and the living room. The home has a fantastic open floor plan so everyone can all hang out together and play a game, watch a movie, or enjoy a meal at the custom built table. There is a fireplace in the family room with a herringbone basalt stone surround and wood mantle.
The kitchen is large with all new appliances and all of the small appliances and kitchen utensils and gadgets.
There is also a cozy outdoor hang out area where you bbq, or just hang out in the sun and enjoy a soak in the large new 6-8 person hot tub. If it's on the cooler side you can enjoy some conversation around the table top fire pit.
You will have the entire place to yourself. There are a total of four parking spaces for your use. Manson is a waterfront town on the north shore of lake Chelan. It is located about 7 miles from downtown Chelan. Manson offers many wine tasting rooms and restaurants as well as public swimming area/ park with boat and seadoo rentals. Just a short drive to the 12 tribes Casino and many hillside wineries. Check the Manson chamber of commerce for any local activities. Once you are here you can easily walk to just about everything.
If you have kayaks or paddle boards you can launch them at the public beach about a 2 blocks away or at the end of Harris Ave (Lake Chelan water's edge) about 1 block away.
