About this house rental
Lovely small farmhouse located in Barril, a quiet countryside village just 5 minutes away from Calada beach and 12 km from Ericeira village and its beautiful beaches (São Lourenço, Ribeira d'Ilhas, Coxos, Matadouro, São Sebastião, Foz do Lizandro, Sul).
Single storey-house inserted in a lot of 1,179 m2, with a great garden and various fruit trees, a large and relaxing patio with a dining area and barbecue.
Ideal for a family or a small group of friends who want to spend a few relaxing days in nature and also being close to the beach.
Indoor area:
The single-storey house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, consisting of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a living room with a double sofa bed. It has a spacious kitchen fully equipped with a cooking area and a cozy dining area with vintage furniture that reminds us of our grandparents` home. It has one bathroom with window and equipped with shower, washstand, bidet and toilet.
Outdoor area:
The house has a large patio with a relaxing area, a dining area and barbecue. It has a lovely garden, a perfect place to chill out and enjoy the view to the organic orchard of various fruit trees (pear, apple, fig, lemon, orange, olive, quince, plum, sloe and pomegranate).
The neighborhood:
The house is located in a very quiet place close to rustic vineyards, perfect for walking and cycling. Just a few minutes walking distance from the house, there is some local trade: restaurants, cafes, bakeries, groceries with local products, a cake factory and self-service laundries.

Guests will have access to the entire house, the patio (with the exception of a storage room), barbecue area, orchard and gardens.
