Enjoy spectacular sunsets, watch boats go by and dolphins at play. Being a penthouse-style unit with balcony views on the east and the west side of the unit. Allows great city views, especially at night when the lights come alive and beautiful water views for daytime enjoyment. Brand New Windows and Doors installed and freshly painted unit gives you a brand-new look. First floor you will find: Kitchen, Dining Room, Guest Bedroom Suite, Main Living Room and Balcony overlooking views of pool and courtyard area including a shuffleboard court. On the second floor you will find: Loft Area, Laundry Room, Master Bedroom Suite connected to a large, oversized balcony overlooking Sand Key Beach. Oversized Master Bedroom was designed to be your incredibly special private sanctuary. Including a separate seating area to relax and enjoy the views. Abundant closet space, Master Bathroom with a large bathtub/shower combination area. Laundry with full size stackable washer and dryer. Well-maintained grounds and fantastic amenities including: Heated waterfront pool, expansive pool deck with covered gazebo, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, shuffleboard, waterfront BBQ grilling area, onsite gym, sauna, billiard room, library, and club/game/party room with kitchen. Gated entrance and 24/7 security. Cable and internet included. NO pets allowed. REQUIRMENTS: A non-refundable $150 fee is required by the condo association to stay at this property. Must be submitted 15 DAYS prior to check in. Minimum stay is 7 days - required by the Condo Association. THE POLICY STATES: 7 DAYS MUST BE IN THE SAME MONTH; AND NOT OVERLAP INTO THE NEXT MONTH. UNLESS IT IS OVER 21 DAYS IT COULD OVERLAP. Please check with the property manager before booking.

Great location beautiful views of both sunset and sunrise from 2 balconies. Unit could use some minor updates and more towel racks. Very responsive to requests and loved the 2 floors. Great kitchen well supplied with everything we needed and the deck is huge! Will book here again so convenient to walk to great restaurants.

Roomy place with outstanding views. Pool next to the inlet is beautiful. Can’t beat the 5 minute walk to the beach. So much to do within walking distance. Definitely had a great vacation

The description was spot on. Location was perfect. Good communication with Lisa. However, I have to say the place was a bit dated( not usually a problem but…) and the appliances were all sketchy. Dryer lint catcher was broken plastic, kitchen cabinets peeling! Disposal should be fixed after we leave. Refrigerator makes all sorts of noise. Carpet needs cleaned, and tissues and more than 1 roll of tp would have helped save a trip to the store. Maybe a small shampoo in at least one shower. Finally, the mattresses were so old and uncomfortable we got sore backs. Beautiful place but definitely needs attention. One last thing, the security guard needs some classrs in customer service
