Kondarini’s Sea View Studios are located in Tsilivi, just 230m from the sandy Gaidaros Beach. The property consists of 10 standard sea view studios, all of which were recently renovated, measure 20 sq.m and accommodate up to 3 persons.

Each studio features two single beds that can be joined into a double one. The studios are equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioner, bathroom with shower, flat screen TV 24’’, hairdryer, safe box and of course a private furnished balcony with sea view.

*The Climate Resilience Tax of 2 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.

Great view. Really nice and helpful landlords. Bathrooms have to get redone. Tsilivi itself only for real party people. Lot of waste allover Zakynthos as on many Greek islands.
