Come enjoy the coziest and perfect aprés ski home conveniently located a 5 minute drive to brand new Deer Valley East, 10 minute drive from Park City proper, a 5 minute drive to the Jordanelle Reservoir/Jordanelle State Park and 35 minute drive to Sundance. This 3 story townhome features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and can host 11 guests - the perfect location for your next family or friend gathering! Whether it’s sipping coffee or hot cocoa by the fire, enjoying a nice glass of wine on the patio, playing a game of ping-pong or relaxing in the hot tub, there is space to match everyone’s vibe.
During the winter months, there are plenty of slopes for the ski and snowboard enthusiasts! Park City Mountain, Deer Valley, Canyons, Snowbird & Alta are all an easy drive from the townhouse. And for those not interested in hitting the slopes, the shops and restaurants along the main street in Park City proper shouldn't be missed!
During the warm summer months, the Jordanelle Reservoir is within walking distance (or a short drive!) to rent jet skis or a boat for the day. Hiking and biking trails (natural or paved) are all around the surrounding property for anyone craving some fresh mountain air and exploration.

Gorgeous place! Extremely clean. Host always responded quickly and was very kind. My only complaint is that the garage smelled so bad from the garbage bin and my friend’s car smelled like it after she parked in there. Overall, we had an amazing time!
