2. NEVER SIT OR WALK ON THE TOP OF THE POOL WALL
3. NO EATING, DRINKING, SMOKING IN THE POOL
4. NO PUTTING ANY SHARP OBLECTS INCLUDING BEER CAPS INTO THE POOL (THEY CAN CUT THE POOL LINNER MAKING THE POOL LEAK)
5. WATCH YOUR KIDS; NEVER LET YOUR KID ALONE AT THE POOL AREA.
We do not provide any guards for the pool. Thus, using the pool is taking your own risk.

The inside of the property was advertised clean and comfortable. We needed to sign a pool waver after we checked in the house before the owner would provide the lock code to the pool, I believe this could have been handled prior to check in. We checked in Thursday evening and in parts of the backyard the grass was mid-shin high. The owner said they were contracted to be mowed every two weeks and the company did come Saturday, but for the first two day it was not up to expectations.

We were 5 adults in Houston for my daughters wedding. Everyone had a spacious and comfortable room. The house is large and well appointed. The location is great, just one minute drive to the nearest highway which took us everywhere.

The property was clean but the furniture was very old and there were several areas of the home that were broken and should be replaced. The furniture looked like it was recycled but not redone. They could have repainted, resurfaced, stabilized the furniture to make it nicer. The ironing board was broken and could not be used.
The shower door, that cannot be used because it was only have a sliding door, fell off the track when no one was in the shower. There was also a shower curtain. Thankfully no one was hurt and the glass was not broken. Also, there were not enough towels for everyone.
The dishes were incomplete sets, including the pots, pans and silverware and some were broken. The pictures of the kitchen make you think the entire home is just as nice as the kitchen and it is not.
We were there during a major storm, thankfully we did not lose power. However, we did end up with some large roach like bugs in the house which prevented us from sleeping very well.
The location was a little questionable. Pictures look great but some of the surrounding areas are not very desirable. It is close to a grocery store and gas station and a few places to eat.
I took a few weeks before providing this feedback to make sure I was clear and level headed.
