About this house rental
Welcome home! This great property has a tropical feel in the front yard with several palms and a sun drenched private back yard perfect for relaxing. The open floor plan will welcome you with plenty of windows and sliding doors to take advantage of the cool breeze. Centrally located to all the best San Diego has to offer: 8 minutes to Sea World or Ocean Beach and only 5 minutes to Liberty Station. Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo and Cabrillo Monument are all within 15 minutes. There is plenty of street parking right in front as this home is not on a busy street. This property is conveniently located near the airport. As with all homes in the Point Loma area you will hear planes when the airport is open between 6:30am and 11:30pm. There is a detached studio unit on this property with a long-term renter. It has its own access and is completely separated from the main house with a privacy fence.

The house was the perfect size for our trip. The back patio was beautiful and relaxing. The home did not have A/C which was ok for the weather we had. The opening of the windows helped cool it down. It only got a little warm at night because we didn’t want to leave large windows open. It was clean and comfortable and close to a lot of attractions. The host was a great communicator as well! This is a great place to stay.

No problems with ever finding a spot to park close to the house. Loved the outdoor areas. Safe neighborhood. Great location. Host responded quickly when a question was asked. Beds were very comfortable.

House was very cute. Upon arrival it was slightly difficult to see the house address as the front yard plants blocked the house and the curb painted address was worn down. The bathroom was a little small for a group of 3.
