This home is conveniently located in North Glendale. Walk to the park and lakes nearby. Easy access to the 101 Freeway and Arrowhead area with tons of shopping and dining, and the Peoria Sports Complex. A few miles North Happy Valley Towne Center with more shopping and dining. Lake Pleasant Lake is just a few miles away. if you enjoy boating, jet skiing, fishing, swimming or just camping out. A quick drive on the 101 to the South will get you to the Cardinals Stadium and the Westgate District with food, shops, theatres, concerts and sporting events and The Desert Diamond Casino. So much to do and see. This is about a 30-45 minute drive from Sky Harbor depending on time of day.
Free parking in the 2 car garage and driveway. No street parking, no trailers or campers please.
Pool heat is $50 per night. We need at least 48 hours notice for pool heat. If the weather drops below 50 degrees at night the heater may struggle to keep up.
Pool fence can be removed if there are no children under 6 at the home. Fee is $150
Pets are allowed upon approval. Pet fee is $50 per pet

The host was quick to answer concerns and questions. The pool heater did not work the first two nights but they refunded the full cost even though it ended up working the last night. They were quick to answer any questions and concerns.Only bummer was there are so many pictures of a hot tub but there is no hot tub. It wasn’t until reading the fine print after booking that it states there is no longer a hot tub. I’d recommend retaking photos of the backyard.

Our week stay over Christmas was wonderful. Our host was accommodating and quick to reply to any questions we had. The kitchen with the giant island was the heart of the home for our stay where we could all gather to cook play games and watch movies. Loved sitting on the patio in the mornings with our coffee. The home was fully stocked with anything you may need.
