Stylish all brand new rehabbed apartment on the second floor on top of a restaurant on Atlantic Avenue. 2 bedroom, living room with futon sofa bed ,1 bathroom with a private deck where you can catch the sunrise or get a tan. Very close to the beach, boardwalk , casino, outlet shopping , bus station. It’s an urban bustling neighborhood in the middle of the city yet only two blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Very cute quiet and comfortable on the inside. The guest can use the entire unit and deck all to themselves. Neighborhood was a little suspect but I overall had a great time at this property especially with the boardwalk and food locations being close by! Definitely would come back!

Owner was very accommodating when we didn't have any towels, or a keurig. He had them both sent by messenger same day. We found the towels in the dryer wet the next day. There was a foul stench coming from the bathroom which someone was supposed to come check out, but no one did. The stove was not plugged in so we couldn't use it. The smoke alarm is missing from the base on the ceiling. The area is not safe at night, there are homeless looking at the balcony and hanging out in the alley below. The floors are cracked and broken. Apartment is cute but needs some TLC.
