Hi Derek,I just wanted to send a quick thank you for allowing me to use your beautiful home in Ft. Lauderdale last week and weekend. The location was absolutely amazing - so central to the Drive and incredibly convenient to the Lauderdale Tennis Club. It truly made the trip that much more enjoyable.I also really appreciated you keeping me in the loop on all updates prior to and during my stay. Lovely home and yard, very comfortable and walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars. LOVE the porch it is awesome but watch out for the mosquitoes, they bite A LOT.

A really nice and comfortable house and has everything you need. The house is perfectly located in Wilton Manors, walkable to restaurants and shops. Derek was a great host, very easy to contact and helpful! Thanks for a relaxing stay in Florida!
