Stylish 2 bedrooms townhouse in central Wellington with a free car park

Good location, well presented and functional, carpark very useful.

The location was very handy, being central to the city in walking distance but nice and quiet. We also felt very safe in the apartment complex

The beds could probably do with upgrading and the upstairs sink tap needs the washer replaced (not major)

Exelent location if you want to be close to the buzz of the CBD. Helps to have some kitchen necessities already there: small milk, salt, pepper, etc. It's the basics that you need in-between traveling. Just needs a tiny bit of attention. Very convenient to have a toilet downstairs! Shower gel smelled amazing! Clean towels

The instructions to gain access to the complex does not make sense!! Had to phone at 02h00 in the morning. Dishwasher and some plates smelled like raw egg. No drying rack for dishes. Both beds need to be turned as "they are slept through" on one side. Flat sheet and 2 cushions smelt like someone slept on it, while the other 2 cushions smelt like washing powder. (Both rooms) No cutting board that I could find. Stovetop has built up dirt on it. When opening the shower water the first time, the stinky smell of the drain came up as if it hasn't been used in a while.

Modern and clean. Coffee plunger and good coffee was nice .

A compact townhouse. Parking is in ally, not onsite. Many stairs to bedrooms. Tea and sugar could be provided. Noisy neighbourhood. Midnight Sirens, music from nightclubs, trolleys carrying bottles at 4am. Didn’t make for a good night’s sleep before a long drive.
