J’ai eu aucune information concernant la récupération des clés nous sommes retrouvés devant la résidence sans personnes heureusement qu’il y avait un gardien qui c’est occuper de nous à aider pour récupérer les clés

So the apartment is massive, very comfy sofa and all modcons...balcony was perfect! Easy access to the harbour and restaurants! Absolutely delicious icecream in the cabin behind the resort on boardwalk...

Slight smell coming from bathroom....unfortunately pools were not open...

It’s in a excellent location

Not cleaned to a good standard ( had to wipe everything down ) . Air conditioning did not work just a blowing fan . Main shower head broken and only warm water . Double bed so uncomfortable they even put a mattress topper on it which was still uncomfortable, I’m sorry you shouldn’t be putting mattress toppers on You should be buying new mattress . The whole apartment needs some TLC like lick of paint and jobs like wires hanging out of bathroom wall and plugs hanging out of the walls .Being woken up EVERY morning at 6.30am for the rubbish bins to be emptied and the road sweeper. And lastly every time you came back to the room it smelt really bad of sewage. I go to the Costa Del Sol a lot ( 3 times this year so far ) and I stay in so many beautiful apartments but I can honestly say this one wasn’t. It needs a lot of work
