The shower gel dispenser was empty. It wasn’t filled up even after we requested for it.

The view is stunning.
The staff were not properly trained to deal with guests, and there was no manager available at the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable. They also asked me to pay an additional 3% fee if I wanted to pay by credit card. Breakfast was not served as an open buffet; instead, you had to order from a menu, and it took about an hour for the food to be prepared after placing the order. I will not be returning to this hotel again.
